Eigner + Partner CIM - Technologie

Served as Investment Banking consultant to the Company and Chaired the Supervisory Board 1997-2002.

Alta-Can Telecom Inc.

President and Chief Executive Officer: Responsible for directing and engaging Alta-Can Telecom in investment opportunities in technology and high growth areas; specifically in the microelectronics and the telecommunications field. (1983-1988)

CDC Ventures Inc.

Vice-President: Primary responsibilities with CDC Ventures were to provide technical assessment of technology companies, and management of CDC Ventures total investment portfolio, whose market value exceeded $100 million. Additional management time was oriented towards the directorship of seven CDC Ventures affiliate companies, many of them directly oriented in financing high technology companies. (1979-1983)
